Processing includes order verification, quality control, and preparation for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We use a distributed fulfillment system, meaning orders may be shipped from different locations depending on product availability and your delivery address, including EU-based warehouses and international partners.

Our system automatically selects the fastest available shipping route.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Slovenia: 2–6 business days

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

  • International orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or external logistics factors.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
